Community Fundraising
Organise your own fundraiser and make a difference. If you are passionate about raising money to assist us with our goal - to provide the highest standard of care to people diagnosed with blood disorders and blood cancers and the ability to involve them in ‘state of the art’ clinical trials and translational research. We need you!
As we receive no government funding, we rely on the generosity and support of the community and organisations whose purpose is to make a positive impact on those diagnosed with blood conditions.
Fundraising is enjoyable and a great way to meet new people and it’s easy! You can fundraise on your own, in a group, at your local club or at work. We can help you with some suggestions to get you going and provide promotional materials and tips to help make your activity or event a great success. We can also provide you with the following to enhance your fundraising efforts.

- Branded collection buckets - the money raised will be added to your fundraising total
- Banners – Depending on which is most suitable we require events to have a branded banner present
- Fact sheets – fact sheets about the The Perth Blood Institute are available for you to distribute
- Social Media - we can help market your events on our social media. Contact our office with relevant details of your event ready to post and share with our Facebook community.

Placing a donation bucket in your reception area or on your counter requires little effort and can be very rewarding, especially if you don't have much time!
A donation bucket can raise a huge amount of money to help the many who may need our assistance and to bring about a positive change in the lives of those who are affected by blood disorders and blood conditions.
